Suomy's TRACK-1 is an innovative full face helmet that is part of the New Generation line. Constructed using TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass), this helmet features dynamic and high-performance shapes that have been designed and developed in a wind tunnel to achieve optimal balance and performance for both street and track use. The interiors of this helmet are produced using state-of-the-art technologies to ensure reliability and comfort for all bikers, by combining the needs of typical riders with those of touring and racing enthusiasts to create a technical solution suitable for all types of routes and tracks.

The shell of the TRACK-1 helmet is made from TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite material that results in a lighter yet stronger and more protective shell. This new composite combines carbon with various weights and breaking loads, along with aramid resins and fiberglass, to create a shell that is both light and resilient to impacts. To cater to different customer needs, the TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes, M and L.

The internal polystyrene liner of the helmet is available in three sizes (S, M, and L) and is designed to provide better ergonomics. With four variable densities, the liner allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact forces. The visor of the helmet is made from scratch-resistant PC injected material, with a variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm. The visor is also equipped with a side lock for stability and is easily removable without the need for any tools, thanks to a practical mechanism.

The TRACK-1 helmet comes with PINLOCK, Max Vision 70 lens included, and features a ventilation system designed to work in harmony with the internal polystyrene liner. The helmet meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT standards and includes 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors, as well as a canalization system within the inner shell to ensure maximum heat dissipation. Additionally, the helmet is equipped with a Fog Resistant system, a Chin curtain, and a Breath Deflector.
