TRACK-1 is the New Generation full face helmet made by Suomy, constructed with TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass) to provide dynamic and performance shapes. It was specifically designed and developed in a wind tunnel to ensure optimal performance and balance for both street and track use. The inner components are produced using advanced technologies to guarantee reliability and comfort for all riders, combining the needs of typical riders with those of touring and racing to create technical solutions suitable for all routes and tracks.

The shell of the TRACK-1 helmet is made of TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that allows for a lighter, yet harder and more protective shell. This new composite is a mixture of carbon with varying weight and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a shell that is lighter and more resistant to impacts. To meet the needs of different customers, TRACK-1 is produced in two different shell sizes: M and L.

The internal polystyrene liner is available in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure better ergonomics. It is designed with four variable densities to allow for gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. The visor is made of PC injected material, scratch resistant, and optic class 1 with variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm. It also features a side lock for stability and is easily removable without any tools thanks to a practical mechanism. The helmet is equipped with PINLOCK, with a Max Vision 70 lens included.

Ventilation is also a key feature of the TRACK-1 helmet, with 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors, as well as canalization of the inner shell to guarantee maximum heat dissipation. The helmet also includes a Fog Resistant system, a chin curtain, and a Breath Deflector. It meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT standards.
