Suomy's TRACK-1 is a cutting-edge full-face helmet designed for the new generation of bikers. Crafted from TRICARBOCO composite (a blend of Kevlar, Carbon, and Fiberglass), this helmet features a sleek and aerodynamic design that has been meticulously developed in a wind tunnel to deliver exceptional performance on both the street and the track. The inner components of the helmet are engineered using state-of-the-art technologies to ensure maximum comfort and reliability for riders of all kinds. The shell of the TRACK-1 helmet is constructed from TRICARBOCO fiber, a unique composite material that offers a lighter yet more durable and protective shell. This new composite is a combination of carbon fibers with varying weights and breaking loads, reinforced with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a shell that is both lightweight and highly impact-resistant. To cater to the needs of different customers, the TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes: M and L.

The interior of the helmet features a protective polystyrene liner, available in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure an optimal fit for every rider. The liner is designed with four variable densities to gradually absorb and dissipate the force of impacts. While the external shell absorbs the majority of the impact energy through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a crucial role in further reducing residual energy. The varying densities of the liner are strategically positioned to optimize the overall mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, providing maximum impact absorption across all areas of the helmet.

The visor of the TRACK-1 helmet is made from injection-molded PC, offering scratch-resistant and optically superior class 1 clarity. With a variable thickness ranging from 2 to 3.5 mm, the visor is also equipped with a side lock for enhanced stability and can be easily removed without the need for any tools, thanks to a practical mechanism. Additionally, the helmet comes with PINLOCK Max Vision 70 lens included.

In terms of ventilation, the internal polystyrene liner of the TRACK-1 helmet is optimized to work in conjunction with the ventilation system which includes 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors. The inner shell is channeled to ensure maximum heat dissipation, and the helmet also features a Fog Resistant system, a chin curtain, and a Breath Deflector.

TRACK-1 meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT safety standards, offering riders the assurance of top-tier protection without compromising on comfort or performance.
