Suomy's TRACK-1 is a cutting-edge full-face helmet from the New Generation, featuring a TRICARBOCO composite shell made of Kevlar, Carbon, and Fiberglass. This innovative design, shaped for dynamic performance, was developed in the wind tunnel to achieve the best balance between street and track use. The interior is crafted using top-notch technologies to ensure comfort and reliability for all riders, combining the needs of typical and racing riders to create technical solutions suitable for all routes and tracks.

The shell is constructed from TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that provides a lighter yet more durable and protective shell. This composite, which blends carbon with aramid resins and fiberglass, results in a shell that is both lightweight and highly resistant to impacts. For maximum customer satisfaction, the TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes: M and L.

The internal polystyrene liner is available in three different sizes (S, M, and L) to optimize ergonomics. Designed with four varying densities, it allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the external shell absorbs the majority of impact energy through deformation, the role of the polystyrene is essential for absorbing any remaining energy. By using different densities of polystyrene, the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system is optimized, ensuring maximum impact absorption in all areas of the helmet.

The PC-injected visor is scratch-resistant, optically class 1, and features variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm. Equipped with a side lock for added stability, the visor is easily removable without the need for any tools. Additionally, the TRACK-1 is equipped with PINLOCK and comes with a Max Vision 70 lens.

Featuring 4 air intakes, 2 effective air extractors, and canalization of the inner shell for maximum heat dissipation, the TRACK-1's internal polystyrene is designed to work in symbiosis with the helmet's ventilation system. It meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT safety standards, and also includes a fog-resistant system, chin curtain, and breath deflector.
