Suomy's TRACK-1 is a cutting-edge full-face helmet constructed with TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass), featuring aerodynamic shapes and high performance. The design and development of this helmet took place in a wind tunnel to ensure optimal performance and a balance between street and track usage. The helmet's inner components are manufactured using top-of-the-line technologies to provide reliability and comfort for all types of riders, from everyday commuters to avid racers.

Shell: The shell of the TRACK-1 is crafted from TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite material that allows for a lighter yet more durable and protective shell. This composite is a combination of carbon with varied weight and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a shell that is both lightweight and impact-resistant. To cater to diverse customer needs, the TRACK-1 is available in two shell sizes: M and L.

Internal Protective Polystyrene: The internal polystyrene liner is available in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure optimal ergonomics. It is designed with four variable densities to gradually absorb and dissipate impact forces. While the external shell absorbs the majority of the impact energy through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a crucial role in absorbing residual energy. The use of different densities in the polystyrene optimizes the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring maximum impact absorption throughout the entire helmet.

Visor: The TRACK-1 features a PC-injected visor that is scratch-resistant and optically class 1, with variable thickness ranging between 2 and 3.5mm. The visor is equipped with a side lock for enhanced stability and can be easily removed without tools thanks to a practical mechanism.

Pinlock: This helmet comes equipped with a PINLOCK Max Vision 70 lens to prevent fogging and ensure clear visibility during rides.

Ventilation: The internal polystyrene is specifically designed to work in harmony with the helmet's ventilation system, which includes 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors. The inner shell is engineered to maximize heat dissipation, and the helmet features a fog-resistant system, a chin curtain, and a breath deflector.

Safety Certifications: The Suomy TRACK-1 meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT standards, ensuring the highest level of safety and protection for riders.
