Suomy's TRACK-1 is a cutting-edge full face helmet from the New Generation, constructed with TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass). The shell is constructed with TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that results in a lighter yet stronger and more protective shell. This composite is a blend of carbon with varying weight/breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a lightweight but highly impact-resistant shell. The TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes, M and L.

The internal polystyrene liner comes in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure optimal ergonomics. Designed with four variable densities, it allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the external shell absorbs the majority of the energy from an impact through deformation, the polystyrene plays a crucial role in absorbing the remaining energy. The different densities of the polystyrene optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, providing maximum absorption in all areas of the helmet.

The PC-injected visor is scratch-resistant and optical class 1, with a variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm. It features a side lock for stability and easy removal without any tools, thanks to a practical mechanism. The TRACK-1 also comes equipped with a PINLOCK Max Vision 70 lens.

As for ventilation, the internal polystyrene works in tandem with 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors, ensuring maximum heat dissipation. The helmet also features a fog-resistant system, as well as a chin curtain and breath deflector.
