Suomy's TRACK-1 is a cutting-edge full face helmet of the New Generation. Constructed with TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass), it boasts dynamic, performance-oriented shapes that have been meticulously developed and tested in a wind tunnel to ensure optimal performance and a balanced design for both street and track use.

The inner components are crafted using advanced technologies to provide reliability and comfort for all riders. Suited to both touring and racing, the helmet combines technical solutions to cater to a wide range of routes and tracks.

Shell. The TRICARBOCO fiber shell is a groundbreaking composite that offers a lighter yet stronger and more protective shell. This new composite is a blend of carbon with varying weights and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a lightweight yet impact-resistant shell. To meet the needs of different riders, the TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes: M and L.

Internal protective polystyrene. The internal polystyrene liner is available in three sizes (S, M, and L) to provide improved ergonomics. Designed with four variable densities, it allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the external shell absorbs the majority of the impact energy through deformation, the role of the polystyrene liner is crucial in absorbing the residual energy. Different polystyrene densities optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring maximum absorption in all areas of the helmet.

Visor. The PC-injected visor is scratch-resistant and optic in class 1, with variable thickness ranging from 2 to 3.5mm. The visor features a side lock for stability and can be easily removed without the need for tools, thanks to a practical mechanism.

Pinlock. The TRACK-1 comes equipped with PINLOCK, including the Max Vision 70 lens.

Ventilation. The internal polystyrene is designed to work in harmony with the helmet's ventilation system, featuring 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors. The canalization of the inner shell ensures maximum heat dissipation, while the Fog Resistant system and included chin curtain and Breath Deflector further enhance the overall ventilation and comfort.

This helmet meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT standards, offering riders a state-of-the-art, performance-driven head protection solution.
