Suomy's TRACK-1 is a cutting-edge full face helmet for the new generation, crafted from TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass). The helmet features dynamic and performance-oriented shapes, which have been meticulously designed and developed in a wind tunnel to ensure optimal performance and balance for both street and track use. The inner components are produced using state-of-the-art technologies to provide reliability and comfort to all bikers, combining the needs of typical riders with those of touring-racing enthusiasts to create a range of technical solutions suitable for all routes and tracks.

Shell. The shell is constructed from TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that results in a lighter yet stronger and more protective shell. This innovative composite consists of a blend of carbon with varying weight and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a shell that is lighter and more impact-resistant. To cater to the most discerning customers, TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes: M and L.

Internal protective polyestyrene. The internal polystyrene liner comes in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure optimal ergonomics. Designed with four variable densities, it allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the external shell absorbs the majority of the impact energy through deformation, the polystyrene liner plays a crucial role in absorbing the residual energy. The varying densities of the polystyrene optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring maximum absorption in all areas of the helmet.

Visor. The PC-injected visor is scratch-resistant and optically class 1, with a variable thickness ranging from 2 to 3.5 mm. It features a side lock for stability and easy removal without the need for tools, thanks to a practical mechanism.

Pinlock. TRACK-1 comes equipped with a PINLOCK Max Vision 70 lens.

Ventilation. The internal polystyrene has been designed to work in harmony with the helmet's ventilation system, featuring 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors. The inner shell is carefully channeled to guarantee maximum heat dissipation, and a fog-resistant system is also in place. Additionally, a chin curtain and breath deflector are included.

Safety Standards. Meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT.
