Suomy Track-1 Reaction Matte Blue X-Large Helmet

TRACK-1, the New Generation full face helmet by Suomy, is crafted from TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass). This helmet features dynamic and performance-oriented shapes, which were designed and developed in a wind tunnel to achieve optimal performance and balance for both street and track use. The interior of the helmet is created using state-of-the-art technologies to provide reliability and comfort for all bikers, catering to the needs of both touring and racing riders.

The shell of the TRACK-1 is made from TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite material that allows for a lighter yet stronger and more protective shell. This innovative composite is a blend of carbon with varying weights and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a shell that is both lightweight and highly impact-resistant. To cater to different customer needs, the TRACK-1 is available in two shell sizes: M and L.

The internal polystyrene liner comes in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure a better fit and ergonomics. Designed with four variable densities, it provides gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the external shell absorbs the majority of the impact energy through deformation, the role of the polystyrene liner is crucial for the absorption of residual energy. The varying densities of the polystyrene optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-liner system, ensuring maximum impact absorption in all areas of the helmet.

The PC-injected visor is scratch-resistant and classified as optical class 1, with a variable thickness of 2 to 3.5 mm. It features a side lock for improved stability and can be easily removed without any tools thanks to a practical mechanism. The helmet also comes equipped with PINLOCK and includes the Max Vision 70 lens for enhanced visibility.

The ventilation system of the TRACK-1 is designed to work in harmony with the internal polystyrene liner. It features 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors, as well as inner shell canalization to ensure maximum heat dissipation. Additionally, the helmet includes a Fog Resistant system, chin curtain, and Breath Deflector.

Meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT standards, the TRACK-1 is a versatile and high-performance helmet suitable for a variety of routes and tracks.
