Suomy's TRACK-1 is the latest full-face helmet in their line, featuring a TRICARBOCO composite shell (made of Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass) that has been designed and developed in a wind tunnel to offer optimal performance and balance for both street and track use. The inner components are created using cutting-edge technologies to provide reliability and comfort for all riders, combining the needs of both touring and racing to offer a technical solution suitable for any route or track.

The shell of the TRACK-1 is constructed from TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that is lighter, yet harder and more protective than before. This composite consists of a mixture of carbon with varying weight and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a shell that is not only lightweight, but also highly resistant to impacts. To cater to a variety of customers, the TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes: M and L.

The internal polystyrene liner comes in three sizes (S, M, and L) to provide better ergonomics and is designed with four variable densities to gradually absorb and dissipate impact energy. While the external shell plays a significant role in absorbing impact energy through deformation, the polystyrene liner is crucial for managing any remaining energy. The varying densities of the polystyrene optimize the overall mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system to ensure maximum absorption in all areas of the helmet.

The visor of the TRACK-1 is made of injected PC, scratch-resistant, and optic class 1 with variable thickness ranging from 2 to 3.5 mm. It features a side lock for stability and can be easily removed without the need for any tools, thanks to a practical mechanism. Additionally, the helmet comes equipped with PINLOCK Max Vision 70 lens for added convenience.

TRACK-1 is equipped with an advanced ventilation system, designed to work in conjunction with the internal polystyrene to ensure maximum heat dissipation. It includes 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors, as well as a fog-resistant system, chin curtain, and breath deflector. Furthermore, the helmet meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT safety standards.
