Suomy's TRACK-1 is a cutting-edge full-face helmet of the new generation, constructed using TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass). This design showcases dynamic and high-performance features, developed in a wind tunnel to achieve optimal performance and balance for both street and track use. The interior is crafted using top-of-the-line technologies to ensure reliability and comfort for all riders. The combination of features caters to the needs of touring and racing riders, offering technical solutions suitable for all routes and tracks.

Shell. Utilizing TRICARBOCO fiber, the shell is now lighter yet tougher and more protective. This new composite is a blend of carbon with varying weights and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a lightweight yet impact-resistant shell. The TRACK-1 is offered in two different shell sizes: M and L.

Internal protective polyestyrene. The polyestyrene liner is available in three sizes (S, M, and L) to optimize ergonomics. This liner, with four variable densities, allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the external shell absorbs most of the energy created by an impact, the polystyrene is crucial for absorbing residual power. The varying densities of the polystyrene optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring maximum absorption in all areas of the helmet.

Visor. The PC-injected visor is scratch-resistant, with optic class 1 quality and varying thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm. A side lock provides stability, and the visor can be easily removed without any tools thanks to a practical mechanism.

Pinlock. TRACK-1 comes equipped with a PINLOCK Max Vision 70 lens.

Ventilation. The internal polystyrene is designed to work in symbiosis with a ventilation system that includes 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors, ensuring maximum heat dissipation. The helmet also features a Fog Resistant system, as well as a chin curtain and Breath Deflector.

Safety certifications. TRACK-1 meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT standards, providing riders with confidence in its protective capabilities.
