The Suomy TRACK-1 is a cutting-edge full face helmet, crafted with TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass) in a dynamic and performance-driven design. It has been meticulously developed in a wind tunnel to achieve optimal performance and balance for both street and track use. The interior is constructed using state-of-the-art technology to ensure reliability and comfort for all riders, combining the needs of typical riders with those of touring and racing enthusiasts to create a versatile solution suitable for all routes and tracks.

Shell: The TRICARBOCO fiber shell is a new composite material that provides a lighter yet stronger and more protective shell. This composite consists of a blend of carbon with varying weight and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass that make the shell lightweight and highly resistant to impacts. The TRACK-1 is available in two shell sizes: M and L.

Internal protective polystyrene: The polystyrene liner comes in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure better ergonomics. Designed with four variable densities, it allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the external shell absorbs the majority of the impact energy through deformation, the role of the polystyrene is essential for absorbing the remaining energy. Different densities of polystyrene optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring maximum absorption in all areas of the helmet.

Visor: The PC-injected visor is scratch-resistant, optic class 1, and features variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm. It has a side lock for stability and is easily removable without any tools thanks to a practical mechanism. The helmet also comes with a Pinlock Max Vision 70 lens.

Ventilation: The internal polystyrene is designed to work in harmony with the helmet's 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors. The inner shell is channeled to ensure maximum heat dissipation, and the helmet is equipped with a fog-resistant system, as well as a chin curtain and breath deflector for added comfort.

The Suomy TRACK-1 meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT safety standards, offering riders peace of mind while enjoying the benefits of its advanced design and construction.
