Suomy Track-1 97 White Red Blue Helmet 2X-Large

Suomy has developed the TRACK-1, which is a new generation full face helmet. It is constructed using TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass), which gives it dynamic and performance shapes. The design was created in a wind tunnel to ensure the best possible performances and balance for both street and track use. The inner components are made using top-notch technologies to ensure reliability and comfort for all bikers. The technical solutions cater to the needs of both typical riders and touring-racing riders, making it suitable for a variety of routes and tracks.

The shell of the helmet is made of TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that provides a lighter yet harder and more protective shell. This new composite is a mixture of carbon with different weight and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass, resulting in a lighter and more impact-resistant shell. The TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes: M and L. The internal polystyrene liner comes in three sizes (S, M, and L) to ensure better ergonomics. It is designed with four variable densities to gradually absorb and distribute the power produced by an impact. The visor of the helmet is scratch-resistant and made of PC injected material with variable thickness between 2 and 3.5 mm. It also includes a side lock for stability and can be easily removed without any tools thanks to a practical mechanism. The helmet is also equipped with PINLOCK and includes a Max Vision 70 lens.

In terms of ventilation, internal polystyrene was specifically designed to work in conjunction with the ventilation system, which includes 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors. The inner shell is also channeled to ensure maximum heat dissipation and includes a fog-resistant system. Additionally, the helmet comes with a chin curtain and breath deflector. The TRACK-1 meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT standards, ensuring top-notch safety for riders.
