Suomy Track-1 Reaction Matte Blue Helmet - Size Small

The Suomy TRACK-1 is a next-generation full-face helmet, constructed with TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass) and featuring dynamic and high-performance shapes. It was designed and developed in a wind tunnel to achieve optimal performance and balance for both street and track use. The interior is produced using state-of-the-art technologies to ensure reliability and comfort for all riders, catering to a wide range of needs from typical riding to touring and racing. This combination of technical solutions makes the helmet suitable for all kinds of routes and tracks.

The shell is made of TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that results in a lighter yet more durable and protective shell. This composite is a blend of carbon with different weight and breaking loads, combined with aramid resins and fiberglass to create a shell that is lighter and more resistant to impacts. To meet the needs of even the most discerning customers, the TRACK-1 is available in two different shell sizes: M and L.

The internal polystyrene liner is available in three sizes (S, M, and L) to provide improved ergonomics. Developed with four variable densities, it allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact forces. While the external shell absorbs most of the energy from impacts through deformation, the polystyrene plays a crucial role in absorbing the remaining energy. Different densities of the polystyrene optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene system, ensuring maximum absorption in all areas of the helmet.

The visor is made from PC injected material, scratch-resistant, and optic class 1 with variable thickness ranging from 2 to 3.5 mm. It also features a side lock for stability and is easily removable without the need for tools, thanks to a practical mechanism. The helmet is equipped with PINLOCK, Max Vision 70 lens included.

The ventilation system of the TRACK-1 works in sync with the internal polystyrene, featuring 4 air intakes and 2 effective air extractors. The internal shell is channeled to guarantee maximum heat dissipation, and a fog-resistant system is also included. Additionally, it comes with a chin curtain and breath deflector.

The Suomy TRACK-1 meets or exceeds ECE 22.05 and FMVSS 218 DOT standards.
